  • LAMDA (London Academy of Music & Dramatic Arts) is one of the UK’s oldest & most respected awarding bodies for communication & performance. LAMDA examinations help children develop confidence, creativity, clear communication & presentation skills - qualities that benefit them both on stage and in every day life.

    • Complete beginners

    • Children already on their LAMDA journey

    • Students wanting to improve confidence and vocal skills.

    • Those preparing for auditions, GCSE Drama or drama school (for older students).

  • Mondays 4:45-5:45pm at Moorlands.

    Our small, supportive classes allow students to work towards LAMDA examinations in a range of disciplines including:

    • Acting

    • Devising Drama

    • Verse & Prose

    • Musical Theatre

    Students may chose to take their examinations Solo, Duo or as part of a small group.

    Whether your child dreams of performing professionally, needs help with vocal technique or simply grow in confidence, LAMDA provides valuable skills which last a life time.

  • We are currently registering interest for our 11-18 LAMDA classes. If there is sufficient demand, we will open an additional class for this age group.

    If your child would be intersted in joining, we’d love to hear from you. Registering your interest helps us to plan new classes and keep you informed as soon as dates become available.

    • Age 7-11

    • Cost £14 per session

    • Commitment: Minimum booking of one school term.

    • Examinations: taken in an external local centre, entered when students are ready. (Exam fees apply).
